Working Linux and Windows XP SP2?
I have two IDE hard drives and a SATA others. I have installed RedHat Linux on the IDE drive and Windows XP SP2 in the sata disk. linux does not recognize sata drive. I get no dual boot screen. I have to go to start during reboot or start the system and press F8 to select boot device and put to Linux. my system will default to Windows XP. How I can make the system to the list of operating system on the boot screen of my computer
What Red Hat version are you using? Linux distributions recognizes SATA. You may only need to adjust the settings. To get the selection screen start to install a boot manager (LILO or GRUB) on the primary master disk.
