Full HD LCD Screen On laptop worth the money?
I’m planning to get a laptop/notebook (Dell or Acer). What I can’t decide is whether the cost of upgrading to a full LCD with a screen size of 15 or 17 inches is worth it? Is there a minimum screen size required to view HD content?

Hey, if I were in your place I would have gone for 15” Dell. (most probably Studio 15).
See full HD means a resolution of 1080p and as laptops nowadays come in 16:9 aspect ratio so it makes the resolution of 1920×1080.
And you mark my word, just go for a full HD screen and you won’t regret that decision.
Watching anything on a good quality Full HD screen is nothing less than a visual treat.
Dell people ( particularly for Dell Studio 15) let you have Full HD upgrade for Rs. 2111.76 ($ 45.90) and that is not too much for an experience like that.
Other reasons for which I prefer Dell is that they let you customize everything the way you like in your laptop ( and god I just love those artiste edition designs).
Don’t go for a 17” as it would be no point calling it a laptop then, it would just be a desktop with optional and seldomly used mobility feature in it.
