Acer netbook
I love all the features this small laptop. It is easy to carry and fits in my bag. Battery life is incredible. So far so good. I have several organizations that I am secretary and is the perfect laptop for me to use. It is even able WI-FI for your printer. I love and recommend it to anyone who needs to use a laptop, but not is essential.

Consideration of a user Linux.
As soon as it arrived, I installed Ubuntu on it is therefore review the perspective of a Linux user.
But first, the material – I bought the blue version, and I must say that is absolutely wonderful. It has a beautiful shine, not to collect fingerprints, but I think they are not as sensitive. Is very light, and the screen is very clear and vivid, even in the lowest brightness – sometimes you can even see the screen with the backlight. The keyboard is very nice, I find it easier to use the house – the backspace key is next to delete button, but it's a minor inconvenience, and may not apply to me because I accidentally mixture of the two above. While other, the keyboard was spectacular – and believe me it's quite won something. I was afraid that the touchpad may be too small, but just … In fact, I find it easier to use and more portable touch pads. The netbook itself seems quite sturdy, and is extremely small and lightweight. The battery lasts for nine hours, sometimes less, but still a considerable amount of time to time …
Now for the software. The netbook starts very soon, I would say is almost the same level as my desktop computer more powerful, it's pretty good. Sleep / suspend work perfectly, and wakes up from sleep in an instant. The webcam works great, and I spent some time playing with the cool effects … the microphone picks up sound and … Compiz works great, and not seems slow at all, even with the purpose of establishing a bit, which means you can use the workspace configuration four per box often seen on YouTube as I said. Sound, hotkeys, bluethooth, all out of the box. Wi-fi is very good this That I can tell, my network is a bit fragile – but then it always was. Other networks seem to work well, but this is not the fastest if the network is far away. I installed an extra GB of RAM, was detected immediately and have not had any problems in this regard … I can not say I noticed a big difference in speed since the installation of additional RAM, but I can have Openoffice, Firefox, Thunderbird, Songbird and (Soon Nightingale) in place, and was angry at the screen at once without slowing down.
Overall I was very impressed with the Acer D250, and buy again in a heartbeat.

Long life and prosperity: Netbook version
I purchased this netbook in advance to attend a professional conference a month ago and am delighted with performance. The battery lasts almost as long as they say (somewhere between 7-8 hours), but less long depending on the applications running. The keyboard is enough large for easy typing, and the machine runs quietly. It is thin enough that you can put in a bag big enough and do a little in almost everywhere.
I received the version of Windows 7 and then download the package free word processing beta version of Windows 2010, which is sufficient to my needs and write PowerPoint presentation. It took a little experimentation to get used to how the different applications available for Windows XP, but now wandering around an application with ease.
The netbook is very small but very strong and greater battery of 9 hours is only slightly heavier than the 3 hour version. So well worth it for me to weigh a little more, but much more time working. An excellent choice for home use and basic needs work. I recommend this model.

Easy travel
This is used on my trip to the UK and not carry comfortably in my hand luggage. Wireless video and audio was great to use Skype while in the UK. No problem with running Microsoft applications Office.

Ideal for daily needs
I bought for my wife who does not like to carry a laptop around the size and weight of simple things like browsing the web. It works well for your webcam, use the (built in web cam not great) for Skype calls to friends / family. She uses it for office documents and e-mail and surf network. It takes about 7 hours when fully charged, sometimes longer depending on if you see a movie or simply surf the Web. My wife especially likes how light and small, but big enough to be functional. I saw a IPAD .. 2x the price, but with equipment specifications and a lot less and not being able to run more a request at a time were deal breakers. How could anyone want an iPad for $ 600 in something like this is beyond me!

I buy this model after several days of reading and discussion of research and I'm glad I chose a good one. This was my Christmas present to me daughter who has just entered high school and wanted a computer, can bring with it in his backpack. This model has a battery that lasts a long time and Windows 7 works well without any problem in Vista. It has been two months since school started and not once she did not want the help of the computer. I was initially impressed by the speed, fit and finish and graphics. My daughter likes to use the camera to talk with friends while doing homework. Skype and YouTube works fine. In general I have no complaints about this model at all.

Practice tool
The Acer Aspire One is a very useful little tool, small, lightweight, easy to carry with you.
The screen is bright and alive, though perhaps update the power settings to keep the screen when the battery regulation. I found the battery this netbook for about four hours and still had almost 50% battery life remaining. The battery recharges fairly quickly.
My subtleties are the touchpad, which only has button. I solved this with a mini mouse. I do not like the location of the headphone jack – front left – because it interferes with my writing.
In Overall, this machine is very convenient for travel, email and web browsing.
