Acer Aspire 5100 Hard Drive Problem?

My acer 5100 has been in almost 3 days and warm. My mother went and unplugged and went and pulled it on and Windows Vista and gave me the blue screen of death ", but the blue screen death never gave me any information because they are blurred. Just simply restart and rang twice, and gave an error saying "Error in the means test, hard disk 0." I tried another disk and gave me the same error. I would be very grateful if someone I could give advice.

Acer support is your friend. First attempt, will save time. tried another drive? I guess hard drive? sent for repairs, some something is wrong.
